Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be in new, unused condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Returns

To initiate a return, email us at info@nooni.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or style, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email info@nooni.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received in new, unused condition.

If the desired item is not available, we can issue a store credit or refund instead.
